(4) The member of the Cabinet responsible for human settlements shall, after consultation with the rental housing courts, instruct on the dissemination of information on how the courts will conduct their proceedings during the national state of disaster, including, but not limited to: (a) how the courts facilitate prompt access to an injured person; and (b) the convening of remote hearings or hearings at an appropriate location. 14.
