Once a complaint has been filed, the Bureau`s legal staff will review it and most likely send it to the company for response. The Company is required to return a written response to the complaint. The ATO will pass it on to the consumer. If the company does not respond or the issue is still not resolved, one of the office`s volunteer arbitrators may attempt to negotiate a solution that the company and the consumer deem acceptable.
