3. Candidates shall have one year from the date of convocation to complete their predetermination as warrant officer and be appointed as adjutant candidates. (4) Applicants shall be notified of the 09W option of enlistment as a warrant officer on previous duty. You must understand and agree to the terms and conditions of participation before meeting. The statement in Table 9-1 of the AOC is included in the “Remarks” section of Form DD 1966 or Form DA 7249-R, and the applicant acknowledges (initially) all possible actions that may occur if they do not meet the specified requirements. 9-11. Conscription Option of the School of Candidate Warrant Officers (WOCS) This conscription option allows non-commissioned officers (non-commissioned officers) of the previous service (SP) who meet the minimum requirements of the defenders of the DA WO MOS to register with the ARNG and become a warrant officer. In addition, this option provides non-commissioned officers who disconnect from active service and other services with the opportunity to apply for entry into the NNGA`s Warrant Officer Training System (WOES). The “registration” status within the NGRA is required for the submission of WÖS applications. The soldier`s chain of command will make every effort to facilitate and support the applicant throughout the process of predetermination and appointment of warrant officers. Candidates who apply for the ROH program visit the federal WOCS. See current Army Guidelines, Executive Orders (EXORD), NGR 600-101 and the NRNA Force Maintenance Division for specific guidance and processing requirements for all waivers. Address all questions of waiver to the WoSM of the State.

(1) WOCS State. To meet WOCS State requirements, see WOSM State for WOCS ITR locations and the course application process. (2) Phases of the WOCS state. (1) Meet the standards of eligibility for conscription and all requirements for appointment as a warrant officer, as described in RA 601-210 and RA 611-110. (2) Be under 33 years of age for aviation applicants. (3) Be a U.S. citizen. (4) Be a high school or college graduate. (5) Achieve a GT score of 110 or higher. (6) Obtain a minimum score of 40 or higher on the Flight Training Selection Instrument (FIS) (7) Meet physically flight-based medical standards (Chapter 4, Class I). (8) Pass the standard APFT with three events.

(9) Meet the mental and behavioural requirements of NGR 600-101 and AR 40-501. (10) Obtain at least one secret security clearance or be able to obtain top secret if this is necessary for qualification in the MOS WO. Note: Any offence that resulted in a term of imprisonment or a fine of $500 or more requires an exemption. The waiving authority is DMPM. (3) Federal WOCS. To meet the requirements of the federal WOCS, applicants must meet the minimum eligibility criteria for technical mandates or aviation mandates. To be eligible for the WOCS convocation option, candidates must proceed as follows: (1) NRNOs will coordinate with the State Warrant Officer Workforce Manager (WOSM) to process applicants. (2) The State WOSM shall coordinate with the State Army Aviation Authority (SAAO) for the applicant`s investigation or board of directors process. (3) The State WOSM shall approve the opinions of the Chief Warrant Officer of the State Command (CCWO) and the SaaO before meeting. (4) The availability of the programme is limited to the State/territory concerned by the allocation of explosive remnants of war training places for aviation, and funding must be coordinated with its SAAO and ARNG-HRR prior to convening. (5) Applicants must appear before a Federal Recognition Office (FRB). Candidates can present themselves without a security check. The security check will be initiated at the deputies after the convocation. (6) The State WOSM will use Form HRR 206 (ARNG Warrant Officer Flight Training Program Application) and file the following documents with the ARNG-HRR to obtain a conscription control number and create the training pathway for the proposed applicant. Staff management of WOW candidates. Applicants must be registered as 09W based on a valid reserved aviation position. They must be planned for BCT and WOCS, followed by the Initial Entry Rotary Wing Flying School (IERW). STO is currently not available for the LOFT program. Note: See SMOM 20-054 paragraph 7 Deviations from the conduct of Schedule (7) The following statement must be entered in the “Remarks” section of form DD 1966: “I am enrolled in the warrant officer flight training option. I understand that I must complete basic training and the School of Adjutant Candidates to participate in the Initial Entry Rotating Wing (IERW). I also understand that if I do not complete any part of this training course, I will have to undergo Advanced Individual Training (AIT) or I will be dismissed without prosecution or appeal from the commission. (8) Soldiers who have not completed their flight training shall return to the NNGRA, attend the WIL and be retained as registered members, or they may be separated from the NNGRA because they have not completed the initial entry training. SCHOOL OF ADJUTANT CANDIDATES (09W) Last modification 14.06.2021 (a) Ps candidates with a remaining military service obligation (OSM) must register with SELRES for 1 year or the rest of their OSM, whichever is greater.

(b) At the end of the WOCS, the member of the service enters into a two-year contractual commitment. This period must be endowed with an active drilling status in the NRNA and takes place simultaneously with any remaining legal obligations.
